Odie in one paragraph

Odie is an automatic mileage tracker for the iPhone, built first for drivers in Canada. It recognises your car by its Bluetooth, confirms you are driving with the motion sensor, and logs the trip without a tap. You mark it Work or Personal from the lock screen. At tax time it makes a year report with the CRA two-tier rate (or the IRS rate) as a PDF and CSV. There is no account and no analytics; trips stay on the phone, with optional sync through the user’s own private iCloud database. It is made in Montréal and works in English and French.

Founder

Odie is built by an independent developer in Montréal, Québec. It started as the developer’s own tax logbook and grew into a product when the existing trackers kept asking for an account to hold a map of their days.
